The first three stages of the process were very fast almost back-to-back: HR screening, an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a technical interview and a culture-fit discussion with a senior manager.
The person managing the process initially asked me to wait for feedback. After that, however, I was effectively ghosted. I followed up once and was told to wait another week, but two weeks passed with no response. After following up again, I was informed that I was not selected, but no detailed feedback or explanation regarding expectations was provided.
