3: 30 Minute Zoom conversations across 1 week, then weeks of nothing as other candidates "caught up".
Interviewers shared zero hesitations and excitement for working together as "exactly what's needed". Then weeks of no updates until updated after an offer was sent, that I was no longer being considered. No "second round" or an opportunity for the interviewing team to validate the areas they were initially confident in or unpack the areas they may of had growing concerns, over the weeks of zero interaction.
Knowing this was a "can't miss hire" in the team's eyes my recommendation would be to have a more in-depth interview process and move past only a few 30 minute get to know you conversations.
