Interview
The process consisted of several interviews with various personnel with foci ranging from technical to soft skills to job fit questions, due to scheduling it took quite a while to make it through the entire set. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and their inquiries were very thorough. Overall it was a very positive experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Splunk (Sydney)

Unfortunately I was interviewed by an uneducated individual. She made no attempt to hide her negative attitude and interviewed with irrelevant questions. She was obviously not interested before I even said hello, and chose to be patheticly pitiful.

Recruiters really need to review candidate’s resume before making a judgement call within 5 minutes. Kept focussing if you’ve done any splunk certification even though I told her that I’ve managed it at devices/collection layer however she was pretty clueless as if they only understand SPL. Why don’t you read a cv before shortlisting candidates..

Great interview process, short but sweet and to the point. Lots of getting to know who is interviewing for the position. process will probably vary depending on what position and who you are going through to work for the company.
