The process was described as phone screening then 2 more interviews: technical and then, behavioral. I had not passed the phone screening which I thought went pretty well despite the technical difficulties (Had to move the call onto Teams)

Interview
Was rejected after 3rd round, did a Recruiter screening followed by Technical Interview (3 SQL and 1 Python(Pandas) followed by an interview with the Hiring manager. Behavioral questions were a breeze, quite standard overall. Ensure to be as personable as possible and hone in on your creative side and passion for the company and its values.
