I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Interview
3 rounds of the interview process: 1. Phone screen where you talk to the hiring manager 2. Take-home technical assessment. Mine was to design and implement a few features in an existing application 3. A day-long on-site interview where you meet the entire team a people from the department.

Question 1
Behavioral questions were mostly related to talking about yourself, your skills, and why you want to work for St. Jude. They want to see if you can work together with everyone there. Take-home technical assessment was as a 3 hours timed box assessment where you design a simple feature in an existing application. This is to show your skills in various aspects of software engineering such as database design, frontend, backend, etc. Onsite technical interview was mostly doing some code review and general OOP questions

Interview
Phone interview, then in-person interview. Formal environment.
phone interview lasted for an hour. In-person is a whole day. Pretty much everyone in the team talked to me. They did not explain much about themselves., so you may not know if you are talking to a technical person or a non-technical person

Question 1
Data structures, Object-oriented programming. Time management, process management
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience! That is great criticism; moving forward we will continue to remind those who schedule on-site interviews to include the names, titles, and posts of those who will be interviewing candidates.
