The interview process consisted of 2 major interviews, one assistant manager and one General Manager. The interview with the assistant manager was pretty easy, going over the job in general, pay, et cetera. A few questions were asked related to tech and my previous working experience. The interview with the general manager was very laid back. The Packers game was on and I met up with the GM with a group of employees huddled around 5 TVs. We all cheered as we saw the packers win and I got to know a few of the employees without even working there yet! They said, "Little dude, we want you here." Going into the back I talked with the GM. Extremely chill dude. He told me a little about the daily activities in the store and how he likes to make sure that everybody thinks that coming to work is like a party except the only colors you see are red and black shirts. I'm looking forward to hearing back from him tomorrow with the offer.
