Quick and easy process. Interviewed through Zoom and was notified quickly after. Asked basic questions that focused on situations, customer service, and experience. Know your experience and be ready to share customer service experiences. Looking for good personality.

Can you talk about your customer service experience?
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Had to do 1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team, how would you describe yourself etc

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
