After filling out an application, the next step in the hiring process is typically an in-person interview at the store by the Store Manager.
It is recommended that when a drink is offered prior to the interview to accept the drink. Attempt to mention your drink selection and why you drink it. It offers an instant connection to the interviewer and allows the interviewee to seem slightly knowledgeable of the brand.

Be prepared to answer questions relating to a time that you were unable to meet a customers' level of expectations.
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
