I applied online and was selected for an interview. They do two initial rounds of interviewing, which are both very light with some easy RE questions mixed in. After that, they will fly you out to Miami for final rounds with a number of other candidates. The interviews were again pretty light, aside from the capital markets group. The hardest part is the Excel test, which you have an hour to complete. I don't remember specifics, but it tests your basic function knowledge (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc) and also some general real estate knowledge. It may have involved debt since they primarily work on the debt side of the business.
Things got hectic on the final rounds due to the number of candidates they were interviewing, but they run a very good process.
