I was intervied by the hiring manager which helped define the position. Then, I was interviewed with someone in a related department to give a broader view of the department. Finally, I met with someone in a different department for their perspective of the company.

Then you are asked to go to a on-site interview an d meet with people you will directly work with. Each of them has a cheat sheet that contains around 10 canned questions
Lastly you are asked back to have an interview with higher level people
