Applied Online.
First interview was a phone screen with HR.
Second interview was an on-site panel interview with two directors.
The questions were behavior and experience based. They focused on leadership behavior, rather than standard 'project manager' situational questions. The emphasis was on the direct actions and results that 'I' had implemented/achieved (rather than team activities).

Describe a situation where I had uncovered a problem, how I personally implemented a solution and what was the result.
The process was fine but the recruiter ghosted me. Do not offer yourself for questions post interview if you don't plan on answering. Over a week later I received an email saying I didn't get the job.

Interview was great. Manager seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. This made me excited about the opportunity. I enjoyed speaking with them and I felt like things went well. They shared insights into the direction the company is growing and that was helpful
