Applications are done and filled out on site, there is a test with the application. Best to polish up on F&B knowledge before if you want a shot. Just basics for fine dining and bar service.
Fill out a test with application, then interview with a server, a floor manager, and then the general manager. Ridiculous training program with 15 tests along the way. Not worth the effort to work for this company.
