- Applied online and received a response the next day - They sent me a link for a basic SQL test, it requires software to be installed and details are provided in the test link. - I was told that only 5% people pass this test, where I found it to be the most basic of SQL coding needed. It took 35 minutes to finish what was ~45 minutes according to them. Half of the time was spent entering details, figuring out options and waiting for views to load. - Submitted the test with accurate answers yet the next day I was told they would not be proceeding with my application - At this point, I asked for a detailed feedback yet don't expect a response. - Question to the hiring team: Why consider in the first place?
