I was asked several questions about what they thought I would do in several situations that might come up in the job, then asked some weird questions like what kind of fruit I would be if I were a fruit. It was pretty relaxed and straightforward.

I sat down with the student director of the program and he asked a list of standard questions, marking down the answers. He could not vary from that list of questions, so if I didn't answer one in a pre-approved format, I had to answer it again.
