It was roughly a 15 minute phone interview- they primarily focused on past experience, what attracted me to the position, and provided insight into what I can expect if hired as far as benefits and schedule. Pretty straightforward. They then sent me an e-mail containing a link to a 45 minute credit union simulation that gave me an idea of what kind of transactions I can expect to be making. Very informative.
