I Applied 3/13, in-person interview was almost 3 weeks later. Rejection was a month to the date the posting opened. The company sent an automated email at 1am with the standard "no thanks reply". Will never apply for a role again with this org. I had a panel of 6 hiring managers for an IC role which is absurd, l would assume they hired an internal candidate or a desperate hire for minimum wage.
