First of all, they do not mention in the ad that you will be doing OUTSIDE sales … so knocking on doors. That to me already felt like a major scam, but I kept it moving.. There are 3 interviews total and the process is quick and so organized it felt manipulative. The first interview was the most normal but only 15 mins. The 2nd one is a group one where they gas your head up enormously for over an hour! There is an entire presentation about the company and mostly the pay structure. Many of the interviewees are mostly excited about the pay which makes sense. Then you have a 3rd interview where they ask you more questions. After you pass this, you have more training that is 6 hrs long that you don’t get paid for. That is a scam. I have already wasted so much of my time and I won’t even get paid for listening to a bunch of crap for hours.
