Very easy application, easy interview, and easy "training," after offered the position and a questionnaire about diversity, the training process took a total of a week with 3 actual hands-on days

Interview
Before the interview starts they play a short video to introduce Sunglasshut. There was managers from different areas standing around the venue to observe the candidates. The interview was split into three parts.
1. Introduce the person next to you in front of everyone. Why they should be hired?
2. Group activity. Role play a scenario.
3. One-to-one interview. One of the managers will ask you some questions about you.
