Sunmark Credit Union interview questions

Incredibly unorganized and painfully long process. No one in this company communicates well and the interviews suffer because of it. No offer made after the final round and absolutely no feedback provided after almost two months of interviewing to accommodate their vacations. I was told people would be attending my interviews and they didn’t even have to decency to show up. Not a single client walked into the place while I waited for my interview and it really made me wonder if anyone actually banks there. I really feel like I dodged a bullet after hearing that there is no opportunity to earn bonus/commission in this “sales” role.
