It was a fairly simple process. I applied through a mutual friend and had an interview with HR about a month later. It was a pretty typical screening call where they asked why this company, etc. I then met with the CEO for a brief 20-minute interview and had a nice conversation hearing about the future and vision for the company. Overall it was a nice experience.

Easy, was referred by an employee. I got an interview but never heard back. The questions were simple and clear, basics like why Sunshine Sachs, etc. Nothing incredibly difficult although I would have appreciated at least a rejection email.
