Come in be asked questions like what customer service means to me and show that I am ambitious then give a drug test of just a mouth swab. I was given time of listening to calls on the floor and seeing what the reps do. I was told I would sit in for half an hour but after almost 2 hours had to find my interviewer who forgot about me.

Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
