Actually hired through an agency. I went through the bulk of the screening through this staffing agency, who then got me an in-person interview. I met with 2 people that I would work closely with, and it was more of an check on personalities matching as they seem to already think I was qualified.

One on one with the Marketing Manager and photographer. Recent interviews have been conducted with meeting the whole team after the 1:1. They ask you technical questions as well as opinion based questions like what is your favorite logo design.
