I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swift Navigation (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very friendly, a couple of online interviews and an in office interview. The in office interview consisted of a presentation followed by a design session and a couple abstract sessions.
The idea was to determine your fit rather than test you on what you know.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swift Navigation (New York, NY)
Interview
Had an initial interview with a recruiter who initially gave a very low ball park compensation without RSU given my experience for the Bay area (they aren't at an IPO stage, and they won't know if they would take that path or wait to be acquired by someone).
Then they arranged a crazy 5 hour panel interview (my whole team is on vacay so i said sure I'm bored and there's nothing on TV) that made me realize the company had no clue of what they were looking to improve upon. I told myself immediately after the process that I'd reject any offer no matter what. They actually sent their thank you; that was a relief.
