Two interviews, first was 1 on 1, second was 2 person panel. Both very natural and non-stressful environment. Friendly and welcoming and no questions were really technical based. Only asked current skills and if willing to learn new skills.

Question 1
The star method of interviewing. Basic questions about a difficult situation or time you needed to overcome an obstacle
Mostly fit based. Many questions about my skills in leadership and how to handle group dynamics. 45 minutes maximum, very standard overall. Felt like a conversation, rather than question and answer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synchrony (State College, PA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I had a basic interview where half of the time was spent asking the interviewer questions about the company. The interviewer was a cool guy and things ran smoothly.
