Fue un proceso rápido, directo , agradable . Primero con RH y luego con los supervisores, son respetuosos y enfocados a evaluar las competencias , a fortalezas y experiencia en el puesto. Fue un proceso virtual , puntuales con los tiempos y abiertos a responder preguntas que tenía de forma clara y objetiva.

It's a lengthy process where the interviewer test your knowledge in all aspects of clinical trials and see if you are absolutely independent in working and decision making. Complete CDM life cycle is expected to be known including post archival.
