Synergent Check Processing interview questions

Submitted an application through Indeed, about a week later I was emailed directly to set up a phone interview. I responded the same day with the days that I was available. Two days later, I get an Indeed notification that my application was rejected, so I emailed the recruiter once more to see if she was still interested in having a conversation. I never heard anything back.
