Basic background check, started with a couple behaviorals and reasoning of why I was a good fit for the hours. Lots of questions to make sure I would be a kind employee to the customers

Interview
Very straight forward and fair. Alot of common sense questions and job related questions also. 1v1 interviw very relaxed more of a chat really. I would definitely have taken the job if my circumstances at the time allowed me. The manager seemed really nice and clearly showed passion and care towards his role and Team members.
