Interview
Lasted about 15 minutes. Had a couple of introductory questions and then they were all situational questions where I needed to give examples of demonstrating different skills. Interviewer was lovely and I felt very at ease.

Question 1
Give an example of when you had to deal with a difficult situation.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
