Very informal, 1 hour start up phase, one on one with HR Manager. The Production manager and Vice president of Operations were also present but did not ask specific questions. The company was just getting started and was very disorganized but I assumed it would be a great opportunity. In retrospect, I should have been able to see that they were just trying to fill positions but they did not have a long range view of growth. The biggest problem was the cultural difference between the Japanese owners and the American work force. The Japanese felt entitled and thus the American viewpoint was not important.
