It was great. They asked me standard behavioural interview indicating leadership, teamwork, and marketing projects. Some technical interviews with the video platform (as I applied for a position in another city) but it was pretty predictable.

Causal conversation. Asked about previous position, key learnings from experience, and how you handle challenges with examples. Asked what your goals were and what you're hoping to gain from the position.

Interview
- First round: 30 mins behaviors and 1 small case interview, very similar to the example showed online.
- Second round: hr screening: why telus, what's your next 5 year plan, why marketing
- Super day: 30 mins behaviors, 1 case interview in the morning, and one group case interview in the afternoon: 1 hour discussion for solution and presentation slides, and 15 mins presentation including Q&A
