Very light but engaging. The questions were very direct reflecting what excellence means to me as an individual as well as collectively in a team. It created emphasis on yourself as a leader as well as as a team player.

Usually, it's just one interview with a panel of two people. After you get the job, you then get a sit down with the CEO The interview is more conversational not the strict QnA formart
3 interviews- one virtual interview with recruiter, one virtual interview with line manager and one physical interview. The first is a 30-minute interview, second 45-minute and third a hour including a tour of the organization.
