Very relaxed from the start. The interviewers were exceptionally welcoming and re-assuring. Laid back structure with a discussion of CV, linking the relevant competencies required with experiences.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TLT in August 2016.

    Interview

Short and direct. The manager was not friendly at all during the whole interview, honesty, the manager has highlighted all the power over the team, which is so old fashion, it was possible to check that there is no understanding of team working. Also it was mentioned the funerable points of the department. Overall no a great experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TLT (Bristol, England) in May 2018.

    Interview

Applied on line via the TLT careers website. I uploaded my CV and selected the role I wished to apply for. Within one week of applying I was contacted by HR and had a initial screening interview over the telephone. We discussed why I wanted the job and salary expectations. Before the call ended I was offered an interview date and time. They emailed me the job advert again and advised it would be a competency based interview.

On the day of the interview I turned up early and was offered a drink by the receptionist which was nice. Other firms i have been to for interviews have not been so welcoming.

I was then met by 2 people who I know to be the both heads of their teams. They discussed in detail the job role and what they were looking for. They were intrigued as to why I was taking a different career role compared to most graduates. They asked a few competency based questions but the rest was about me and what I was looking for and how could I contribute going forward.

I received a call just over 2 weeks later and was offered the job which I accepted.

The process from applying to being offered the job was probably the most straight forward experience I have had.

There is A LOT a lot of pre employment screening, checks and questionnaires that need to be completed for the job. However as I understand most corporate firms at this level do them so its nothing to be alarmed about.
