Phone interview then 2 in person interviews, same sort of questions that they ask at any graduate role, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your greatest achievements and so on... had to sit down with current members of staff and ask them questions about the role whilst they were on the phones and trying to work which was quite awkward and disruptive.
