TP Client Operations Representative interview questions

In my experience, it was a panel interview. It was just a quick 1 round interview with the HR to discuss about my availability and the requirements of the job. Before the quick interview with HR, I have finished the application by sitting down in one of their computers and completing my application and typing test. Then the HR called me for a very quick interview. The last step is a panel interview in which we talk about customer service together with the other applicants.
