I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TSPMG in Jun 2024
Interview
First, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. A couple weeks later, the recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person panel interview. I received an assignment to complete for the the interview. The in-person meeting was a group of 8 or so people of varying levels; each person asked behavioral interview questions (STAR - Situation, Task, Action, Result). Over the next 1-2 weeks I had 3 additional, virtual interviews with other leaders/stakeholders.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you successfully managed multiple, competing priorities. What did you do or use to help you manage them to ensure you deadlines were met?
Interview was very easy to arrange as the job recruiters were kind, helpful, and communicative through email and phone. The dates were flexible and once a date was arranged, an interview itinerary was ready in a quick amount of time. The actual interview day was relaxed but informative.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TSPMG
Interview
Initial call from HR recruiter followed by an in-person interview with the palliative care department chief physician, the department manager, and several current team members. After this interview, I was asked to follow up with a shadowing experience where I watched a patient/family meeting and then engaged the team in feedback. I was contacted several days later after this experience by the recruiter who provided a job offer.
