I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process took almost three months. Throughout the process I had to speak with 6 people from account managers to VP. The entire process was very interesting and did not have any bad surprises. After my last interview the recruiter mentioned I was the only candidate who had made it this far and she would be scheduling an interview with the CEO. A week later, I received and email saying that I was no longer being considered for the position because I did not have much time of experience as an AM. According to the recruiter, they were looking for a senior AM because the new employee would responde remotely to the manager located in NYC. Come on, they receive my resume with all information they needed. If I did not have years of experience, they should not have made me go through all these process.

Question 1
Tell me about your last experience as an account manager?
What was the most challenging thing in your last job?
How did you learn about Taboola?
What do you know about Taboola (Advertisers, publishers, the platform)?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Taboola (New York, NY)
Interview
A current employee referred me for this role, which eventually (after a couple efforts by the employee) landed me a phone screen with a recruiter in New York. The screen seemingly went great –– it was very conversational and I felt I was able to execute great answers to all background questions.
However, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter from there, without so much as a response to my follow-up email, or the follow-up to my follow-up. The employee later indicated that this type of "no response" tactic has happened on several occasions.
I hope for future candidates that this company respects their time and effort much more than they did for me.
