Target Executive Team Leader Program interview questions

I had one in person interview and a phone call. Good mix of formalities and casual conversation. Overall great experience. They explain the whole interview process before they ask you the real questions. Then they will ask you very specific questions about times that you were challenged, had to work as a team, and other situation specific questions. It is best to be prepared with stories and results of when you contributed on an organization and what came out of it. If you aren't specific with your answers in the interview, they do ask you follow up questions that are more situation and results specific.
