I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
The interview with Target was one of the most beneficial I've ever had. The interviewer was polite, and wanted to make sure all aspects of the company were covered. She even gave feedback after every question I answered, telling me where it was good and where it could have been better. The fairly relaxed environment made it a much easier interview.

Question 1
When is an example of a time you had a problem with a co-worker, and how was the conflict resolved?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
