I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Temple, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview started ten days after my application was submitted.
The interview was very easy and I was hired on the spot.
Don't forget to bring a photo ID or you will not be able to start orientation.
If you miss orientation you will have to wait a month for the next orientation.
The interview was very relaxed and the people were nice. They asked very simple questions and they were standard interview questions.
Also asked me about my skills/abilities.

Interview
Very easy, was sent an email to a link that had interview question that u had to record myself answering it. Got a call back the day of or the next day. Can’t remember exactly. But very easy for the position I applied as I’m guessing it’s cause it’s a higher turn over position.
