Easy interview. I was called in for an interview with one of the LODs, who asked basic behavioral questions. If you pass, then you meet with another LOD. I knew that day I was hired and I signed some paperwork.

The interview process was straight forward. Spoke with the hiring manager for the department. Gave brief summary of what roles they need to fulfill. A lot of behavioral questions that was asked.

Interview
Applied online then called in to the store I applied too. Talked to a manager that scheduled my interview a week and a half later. Went to the store and had to do an in store questionnaire. Then had my first 1:1 interview with a manager with 5 questions. Then went to a separate room to watch a video on the position and what target is about. Then had an interview with the backroom position manager.
