I met them at the career fair and had a phone interview weeks later. It lasted 25 minutes, but they wanted more work experience. I heard back a few weeks later, but had already accepted another offer. Quite a slow process compared to others.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
