Interview
The whole process was virtual. It considered of five questions to be answered with a three minute video recording of yourself, followed by one yes or no question. It takes about 15-20 minutes and you have all the time you need to think about your answers before recording them.

Target’s hiring process typically starts with an online application, followed by a HireVue video interview as the preferred screening method. The overall process averages about 14 days from application to offer. 
Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
