Interview
The interview was conducted in two steps: a team interview and a client interview.
The team interview involved two interviewers and an HR representative. The client was straightforward, asking about the previous experiences and projects I have worked on, explaining everything from system design to design patterns.

Interview
One technical and one managerial round. Both rounds were easy. Technical consisted of basic Oracle questions. Managerial round was based on communication skills and confidence. Overall the level was average and the response from HR team was quick. But the offered package was not as per the market standards.
