I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teavana (Roseville, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
Pretty informal. Was more of a way to get to know me. HAd two interviews, one with general manager and the other with the assistant general manager. Basically was informal on what Teavana is.
Very quick 2 step interview process, the general manager was friendly and personable. Very good interview for an entry level retail position. I interviewed over 10 years ago and the company no longer exists as it was bought by Starbucks.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Teavana (Newark, DE) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was interviewed over the phone because the store manager loved my references and resume and she already knew she wanted to hire me, but an interview was policy. So I had a 6 minute phone interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Teavana (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
The process began with the store manager offering a drink, on the house, before stepping towards a different location with resume in hand. Once everyone has sat down, the manager overlooked the resume and begins to ask questions of personal background, if there are any retail experience, is there any experience with financial management, and explaining the importance of commitment.
