Interview
I was first called for an interview which was basically the general interview.
I was later on called for an assessment center. Panel of 6 employees, all managers, that question you. It's a tricky process, most times it's grown ups and sometimes you get the typical egomaniac manager. Just be calm and answer politely, everyone hates those guys and it won't influence your result.
Additionally you have to do a personality and IQ test.

starts with the general tell me about yourself. next they asks you about projects and experiment. after that you have both logical question and professional questions. the logical include some regular coin flipping and game theory questions. the professional include problem solving
