Assessment follwed by back to back Behavioral and Case. Basic Behavioral Questions. Case interview was weird, seemed market sizing but interviewer took control of each question and concluded case in 10mins. Better prepare for interviewer led cases.

The initial stage includes an online assessment and a short video interview with two questions. The assessment is mostly scenario-based with some calculations, testing comprehension and business awareness, while the interview focuses on your motivation.

First round case interview with VP. Multi slide case study presented in the interview. Solve the case with the VP directly. You are asked to read a slide and digest the material in 5 minutes then share insights. For example, four environmental regulations on roofing materials and what does it mean to market growth. Then based on costs and revenues, what is the more profitable business model.
