The interview was divided into 3 parts. First I met with 6 members of the quality department, it was round table and more of a conversation, they asked me questions about my professional experience, character, emotional intelligence, some questions scripted, some off the cuff. Next I met with a panel of inter-disciplinary chairs, stroke, CHF, open heart, it was round table, scripted and unscripted questions, very conversational. The end was a one to one with the quality department director/VP. This was conversational, an over-view of the job requirements, expectations and brief discussion of company culture, vision and mission, along with some limited benefits information life tuition reimbursement and such. It was an almost 2 hour long process, but not daunting, I enjoyed it.
