Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust (Manchester, England) in April 2017.

Interview

I have been invited to give a 10 min talk on the factors and challenges to consider when setting up clinical trials. I have then been asked 4 questions derived from my presention that focused on general aspects of setting up clinical trials and how can pharmacy help these studies (regarding factors such as time, space, resources, staff). After presentation related questions, I was asked a few competency based questions (using STAR technique to answer). I interviewed with a panel and they were extremely nice and smiling. I enjoyed it.
