Was called in for an in-person interview with a software developer and the COO. They asked me a few behavioral questions and the interview lasted about 40 minutes. They mentioned that they were going to do a technical interview but when they reached back out they offered me the position. The offer letter had a three-day deadline to accept and had a few mistakes, one being the title of the position, the salary was also less than what was agreed upon during the interview, and when I reached out to HR they were unresponsive until the deadline date when they rescinded the offer.
