Pretty straight forward, applied online and got a call within the week, was asked a couple questions over the phone and then scheduled a time to come in. Interviewed 1:1 and then was offered a position on the spot.

It was straightforward and simple for an entry level position. I was one of many high school and college age students that worked there part time, so it was a basic process of asking if you can work the hours, show up on time, and be presentable. You were brought up to a manager's office and asked the basic questions, nothing too crazy since it's a position that doesn't require skills or previous experience.
